ALC

• ALC offers all levels from beginning to advanced. We teach English classes Saturdays through Thursdays, 8:00 am to 8:30 pm.
• There are four terms per year, each term lasts 11 weeks, in addition to intensive courses in summer.
• For companies, we offer their students specialized Registration services, or on-site courses at their location.

• General English courses for all levels from beginner to advanced (50 hours)

The ALC has a faculty of over fifty teachers.
Information for teachers interested in working at the American Language center, Damascus , Syria.
The ALC has a faculty of over 50 teachers. About 70% of the faculty are American; the others include British, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Syrian and other nationalities.

In most terms, there may be opportunities for new teachers to join the ALC faculty. The ALC does not normally hire teachers from outside of Syria ; positions cannot be negotiated by telephone, fax or e-mail.
